Bio

In 1976, Gail Pudaloff created Kinetics, an exercise therapy and health consulting company. After years of unrelenting back pain and conflicting doctors’ diagnoses, Gail realized that the future of her health was ultimately her own responsibility.

She pooled together years of studies to fulfill her vision in balancing the rigors of fitness, neuro-muscular patterning and corrective exercise conditioning. By creating a synthesis of structural body dynamics, postural and alignment training and ‘muscle-firing’ moves, Kinetics technique redefines and improves movement quality for pain sufferers.
One of her main objectives is to educate and motivate her clients so they can achieve healthy and successful outcomes.  She takes personal and professional pride in individualizing her clients’ Rx’s so they can continue to attain goals on their own, wherever their life’s path may take them.

As a Seminar Leader and Consultant, she has lead a host of Teacher Trainings/Health/Dance/Sportsmedicine Seminars ~~
